Due to the personalized and digital nature of our services, all sales are final once a report, consultation, or service has been delivered.
Personalized astrological and numerological reports cannot be reused, resold, or returned, and therefore are non-refundable.
Refunds may be approved only in these situations:
If you were charged more than once for the same order.
If you made a successful payment but:
Did not receive your report/consultation, and The service was not delivered within 72 hours for quick reports, or 7 working days for detailed reports.
If You were charged But the order did not get created Refund will be processed after validating the payment ID.
